We run a Creaform HandySCAN 3D Pro blue-laser scanner — the same class of metrology trusted in aerospace and automotive QA. It captures the full surface of a part in minutes, right on the shop floor, so we can rebuild geometry a caliper or tape could never recover.

We scan your worn, broken or obsolete component to a metrology-grade point cloud — full-surface, in minutes.

Rebuild the CAD

The scan is turned into a clean, editable CAD model — restoring worn faces and reconstructing missing sections.

Make the pattern

Our in-house CNC pattern shop cuts an accurate, repeatable pattern from the model.

Cast, machine & certify

We pour your grade, finish and machine it, and issue a Material Test Certificate with heat traceability.

Prove it against the model

The finished casting is 3D-scanned again and compared to the CAD as a full-surface colour-deviation map.

Can you make a casting without a drawing?

Yes — that's the whole point. We 3D-scan your existing part (even worn or broken), rebuild the CAD model, make the pattern and cast a faithful replacement. No original drawing needed.

How accurate is the 3D scan?

Our Creaform HandySCAN 3D Pro resolves detail to 0.025 mm and holds ~0.030 mm accuracy, at 1.2 million measurements per second across the whole surface.

What if my part is worn or broken?

We scan what remains and reconstruct the original geometry in CAD — restoring worn faces and rebuilding missing sections before casting.

Which materials can you cast?

Grey iron, SG/ductile iron, manganese steel, carbon and low-alloy steel, and stainless — to standard or to your specification, certified per heat.
