Ferrous castings,
poured to precision.
Grey iron, SG / ductile iron and steel castings for steel plants, cement, mining and pellet plants — melted, moulded and tested under one roof, and shipped with a material test certificate on every heat.
Capabilities
A foundry that runs end‑to‑end
From pattern to dispatch, every stage of the casting route is in-house — so quality, timelines and traceability stay in our control, not a vendor chain.

Quality & traceability
Every heat spectro-tested. Every order certified.
A spectrometer reads each melt and the chemistry is checked against the target grade before we pour. Mechanical properties are recorded, and every order ships with a Material Test Certificate tying casting → heat → chemistry.
- Spectrometer chemistry vs. grade spec on every heat
- Carbon-equivalent & mechanical properties logged
- Heat-to-casting traceability for full accountability
- 3D-scanned dimensional verification against your CAD model
- Customers track orders & download certificates online
Precision · 3D Metrology
We prove the metal.
Now we prove the geometry.
With a Creaform HandySCAN 3D Pro blue-laser scanner, every critical casting is measured against your 3D model — full-surface, not a handful of caliper points — and legacy parts with no drawing are digitised and reborn. The same class of metrology trusted in aerospace & automotive QA, still rare on the foundry floor.

First-article & dimensional proof
Your casting compared to CAD as a full-surface colour-deviation map — catching shrink, warp and core-shift a caliper never would. A dimensional report to sit beside the heat's Material Test Certificate.
No drawing? Bring us the part.
Lost or obsolete drawings are no barrier. We 3D-scan your worn or broken part to a metrology-grade point cloud, rebuild the CAD model, cut the pattern and cast a faithful replacement.
What we cast
