Products & Services
Castings in the grade your job demands.
From wear-resistant grey iron to high-strength ductile and steel — cast to standard or to your specification, and finished, machined and certified in-house.
Casting range
Grades we pour
Each family is matched to its application and standard, with chemistry verified on every heat.

Grey Iron
Excellent machinability and damping. Housings, pulleys, machine beds, liners and general engineering castings.

SG / Ductile Iron
High strength with ductility. Crankshafts, hubs, pressure-bearing parts, gears and dynamic components.

Manganese Steel
Work-hardening, impact-tough. Crusher jaws, cone liners, hammers and mining/cement wear parts.

Carbon & Alloy Steel
Strength and toughness for structural and high-load castings, cast to your chemistry and property targets.

Stainless & Special
Corrosion- and heat-duty components for demanding process environments.

Abrasion-Resistant
High-chrome and Ni-hard type irons for slurry pumps, liners and high-abrasion service.
Single-piece and batch castings across a wide weight and size range — share your drawing for a feasibility view.
Services
Everything, under one roof
We own the whole route — so you deal with one accountable partner from drawing to dispatch.
Pattern Shop
In-house CNC-machined metallic & non-metallic patterns for accurate, repeatable moulds.
Moulding & Cores
Sand moulding and core making sized to the job, from one-offs to production batches.
Melting & Metallurgy
Controlled melting with ladle treatment; chemistry checked on the spectrometer before pour.
Machining
Proof and finish machining to deliver castings closer to ready-to-fit.
Testing & Certification
Spectro chemistry & mechanical properties, with a Material Test Certificate per order.
Finishing & Dispatch
Fettling, grinding, shot-blast and inspection — then packed and shipped.
Reverse Engineering & 3D Scanning
No drawing? We'll digitise the part.
Metrology-grade blue-laser 3D scanning — a Creaform HandySCAN 3D Pro — lets us do what few foundries can: turn a physical part into a precise CAD model, and prove every casting against it.

Reverse engineering
Scan a worn, broken or obsolete part, rebuild the CAD model, cut the pattern and cast a faithful replacement — ideal for legacy equipment whose original drawings are long gone.
Dimensional inspection
Full-surface comparison of your casting against its 3D model — a colour-deviation map and dimensional report to sit beside the Material Test Certificate.
0.025 mm resolution · ~0.030 mm accuracy · 1.2 million measurements/sec · portable, on the shop floor.
